CaliPride Clothing Shipping Policy - Order Processing

CaliPride Clothing products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our production partners for printing, quality checking, and preparation for shipment.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During holidays, new releases, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, production may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time begins after your order has completed production. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product, and fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of CaliPride Clothing's control may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Multiple Packages

Because CaliPride Clothing offers products produced by different fulfillment partners and facilities, items from the same order may occasionally ship separately.

If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping after your order has been placed because your items were shipped separately.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, your package arrives damaged, or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact CaliPride Clothing through our Contact page. We'll review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
